Chuck Dow, Managing Director

Chuck is a veteran executive with over thirty-five years of proven leadership in positions with a high degree of responsibility and accomplishment serving in senior management. He has been a technology banking executive for over 25 years and was the Chief Technology Officer at a commercial bank for 17 years, during which that bank grew from startup to over one billion in assets. As a C-level executive, Chuck has been active in several cross departmental board and management committees overseeing risk management, operations, compliance, strategic planning and systems. 

Ben Loveless, Managing Director

As a banking industry professional with over 40 years of experience, Ben has demonstrated expertise in enterprise risk management, operations, compliance, information technology, strategic planning, retail branch management and project management. Ben has also completed financial institution consulting engagements throughout the United States in BSA compliance, technology, operations, executive management and internet banking, for banks from de novo to over $50 billion in assets. His direct experience in banking includes executive management, operations, IT, BSA compliance and internet banking management for several banks from de novo to over $2 billion in assets. Additionally, he has been a member of board level management, operational and planning committees.
