Project Test Plan

Acceptance test-driven development makes the project implementation process much more effective. It identifies testing strategies and provides an acceptance test example. It looks at an acceptance test framework, which allows the tests to be readable by the client. Acceptance test-driven development (ATDD) helps with communication between the business clients and the consultants.

Project Closeout - Signoff

After the final deliverable has been accepted by the client, the closeout phase begins. The closeout phase is broken down into three broad categories of activities:

Evaluation
Complete project closeout report.Is the client satisfied with the deliverable?Does the deliverable meet the client’s needs?

Lessons learned
Recommendations for improving the project management system in the future.

Post project client review meeting
